Zoned for Residential Use
To maintain its quiet, residential atmosphere, the founders of the Village of North Bay exclusively zoned its entire geographic area for single-family residential use. Consequently, Village Ordinances prohibit all business operations.
However, in compliance with established Wisconsin state statutes, property owners are permitted to operate vacation rental establishments. To ensure community standards are upheld and proper oversight is maintained, a required operating license must be obtained from the Village before any vacation rental activity can begin.
