Board of Trustees Meeting
The Board of Trustees is scheduled to meet the second Monday of each month at 7:00 PM at Village Hall. Dates are subject to change. Notice of public meeting date changes are published in accordance with state statutes. Agendas are posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting on the News & Announcements(opens in a new tab) page and on the Village Hall bulletin Board. Meetings are open to the public.

Stand Up Meeting
Stand Up Meetings are scheduled to address matters that cannot wait until the next regularly scheduled Board Meeting and are published at least 24 hours in advance. Publishing sites include the Village website (Calendar and News & Announcement pages) and at Village Hall.) Meetings are open to the public.
Board of Review
The annual Board of Review is announced in the first quarter of each year. Publishing sites include the Village website (Calendar and News & Announcement pages) and at Village Hall. Meetings are open to the public.
Planning Commission
The Village Planning Commission, as established under the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes 61.35 and §62.23(1), is the plan commission referred to in the Village of North Bay Code of Ordinances located in Chapter 2 and Chapter 8. The Village President, or his designee, shall be the Chairman of the Village Planning Commission. The Planning Commission shall discharge duties as defined in Chapter 2 and Chapter 8. Meetings are open to the public.
Board of Appeals
The Board of Appeals consists of five resident members who are appointed by the Village President and confirmed by the Board of Trustees. Elected Officials are excluded from membership on the Board of Appeals.
Members serve a staggered three-year term under the terms and conditions specified by Ordinance. These consist of two 2-person three-year terms and one individual three-year term. The Village President selects one member to serve as chairperson and also appoints two alternate members.
Each year, the Village President designates a first alternate and a second alternate. The first alternate assumes full power only when a regular member is absent or abstains from voting due to a conflict of interest. The second alternate acts only if the first alternate is absent or abstains, or if multiple regular members are absent or disqualified. All operations of the Board of Appeals are governed by Village Ordinances and Wisconsin Statute §62.23(7)(e).
Committees

Erosion Control / Greenspace Committee
Established by the Village President in March 2024, the Erosion Control/Greenspace Committee succeeded the Public Land Task Force, which had been active since November 2023. The committee was tasked to evaluate public lands, including the North Bay Park beach and bluff, erosion control, and the ravine. After completing its work on December 10, 2024, recommendations were presented to the Executive Board and the Planning Commission.
