Trustee #2 Water & Wastewater is a part-time elected voting member of the Executive Board.
The Village of North Bay contracts with the City of Racine Wastewater Utility to process wastewater. Currently, the billing for sewer service is based on the water usage of all properties in the Village. These wastewater fees are added to property tax bills annually, and the Village in turn pays the City of Racine Wastewater Utility.
No new sanitary sewer connections to the Racine Sewer System are permitted within North Bay, as the Village is not currently a signatory to an intergovernmental municipal agreement that would allow new connections. Existing connections may only be repaired, replaced, or relocated with board approval.
