Emergency Government

To prepare North Bay for emergencies from disasters or enemy action, an emergency government organization is established, conferring powers on the Village President and others per Chapter 166 of Wisconsin Statutes. The Emergency Government Committee consists of the Village Board and is chaired by the Village President. In North Bay, the Constable is the Emergency Response Coordinator. The Committee advises the Coordinator on planning and emergency government.  

North Bay's emergency response plan is currently under construction.
