Village Ordinances in Effect but Not Yet Codified

Ordinances approved  and published by the Village Board of Trustees on or after July 29th, 2025 will be posted below.  Any such Ordinances will be in effect from the date of publication. 

• Ordinance #2026-1 (PDF, 121.21 KB): An Ordinance to update Chapter 20 of the Village of North Bay code concerning recycling, to comply with current applicable laws.  (Adopted 4/13/2026; Published 4/14/2026)
• Ordinance #2026-2 - An Ordinance to repeal and re-create Section 7.04 of the Village of North Bay code concerning Fire Hydrants and Encroachments.  (Adopted 8/17/2026; Published 8/18/2026)
